Kokonoe Koh
Baieido was established a little more than 300 years ago, and produced several incense products under different names cultivated from the traditions of Japanese fragrance.
In 1903 when Yosano Akiko of Sakai city wrote her famous poem "Midaregami" Baieido registered the first Trademark in Japan. The name chosen was Kokonoe Koh, which means Incense of the Imperial Palace.
This fine quality incense stick still receives patronage to this day. Kokonoe koh is made from fine quality natural materials like Vietnamese aloeswood, Indian Sandalwood, Cassia, Clove, and Borneol.
