Monday, Dec. 17

UPS pickup and delivery service. UPS 2nd Day Air packages picked up today will be scheduled for delivery on Thursday, Dec. 20. UPS 3 Day Select packages picked up today will be scheduled for delivery on Friday, Dec. 21.

Tuesday, Dec. 18

UPS pickup and delivery service. UPS 2nd Day Air packages picked up today will be scheduled for delivery on Friday, Dec. 21. UPS 3 Day Select packages picked up today will be scheduled for delivery on Monday, Dec. 24.

Wednesday, Dec. 19

UPS pickup and delivery service. UPS 2nd Day Air packages picked up today will be scheduled for delivery on Monday, Dec. 24.

Thursday, Dec. 20

UPS pickup and delivery service. This is the last day to ship UPS 2nd Day Air packages for delivery on Monday, Dec. 24. UPS 2nd Day Air service may also be available for delivery on Saturday, Dec. 22. These packages must be processed and labeled for Saturday Delivery, which is not available to all ZIP codes. All UPS Next Day Air packages picked up today will be delivered on Friday, Dec. 21.

Friday, Dec. 21

UPS pickup and delivery service. This is the last day to ship UPS Next Day Air packages for delivery on Monday, Dec. 24. UPS Next Day Air service may also be available for delivery on Saturday, Dec. 22. These packages must be processed and labeled for Saturday Delivery, which is not available to all ZIP codes.

Saturday, Dec. 22

Delivery of UPS Worldwide Express, UPS Next Day Air and UPS 2nd Day Air packages processed and labeled for Saturday Delivery. Pickup service available for UPS Air and international Air packages* for regular Saturday pickup customers. UPS On-Call Pickup service is available to all customers for UPS Air and international Air packages. Pickup and delivery of UPS Ground on Saturday** packages will be available in many metro area ZIP codes.

Sunday, Dec. 23

No UPS pickup or delivery service. UPS Express Critical service is available.

Monday, Dec. 24, Christmas Eve

UPS delivery service. Pickup service available only for Air and international Air* packages if prearranged by Thursday, Dec. 20. UPS On-Call Pickup service and UPS Drop Boxes are available for Air and international Air packages.

Tuesday, Dec. 25, Christmas (UPS Holiday)

No UPS pickup or delivery service. UPS Express Critical service is available.

Holiday Additional time-in-transit:

From Nov. 19 to Dec. 28, a limited number of UPS ® Ground and UPS ® Standard packages, with transit times of three or more days, and with specific origins and destinations, will require an additional day in transit. All UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS 3 Day Select packages tendered Dec. 17-18 and all UPS 2nd Day Air packages tendered Dec. 19 will require an additional day in transit. The most up-to-date time-in-transit details will be available at ups.com/ctc at the time of shipping.

Holiday season service guarantees:

UPS Air and international Air packages* picked up or delivered within the United States are guaranteed throughout the holiday season. Commitment times for Air and international Air packages scheduled for delivery Nov. 23, Dec. 17–22, Dec. 24, and Dec. 31 will be extended as follows: UPS Next Day Air Early and UPS Worldwide Express Plus services will be extended by 90 minutes and all other Air and international Air services will be extended to end-of-day. The guarantee is suspended for all UPS Ground shipments, including shipments to and from AK, HI and PR, and UPS Standard shipments picked up or scheduled for delivery Nov. 26 –Dec. 24.   • We are happy to offer Flat Rate Shipping for only $7.95, anywhere within the continental United States. In order to take advantage of this convenience, just choose "Ground" as your method of shipping while completing your order form. Flat rate orders are shipped via United States Postal Service or UPS at Sensia's discretion. Orders over $75.00 ship FREE  (US continental, ground shipping only).
  • Non-continental orders will be shipped US Priority Mail.  Choose "Priority Mail" as your ship method, and we will will contact you via email with the shipping cost based on the size and weight of your order. When you approve the shipping cost, we will process and ship your order. This applies to the non-contiguous states and US Territories only.
  • Expedited orders (UPS Next Day Air, UPS Second Day Air, UPS 3 Day Select) must be placed before 10am EST to ship same day.
  • UPS does not deliver to PO Box addresses. Please provide an alternate "street" address if you have only provided a PO Box address on the order form.
  • In the event that your packaged is returned due to incorrect address or the customer's failure to pick up package, we reserve to right to assess additional shipping costs for delivery.
  • APO addresses and non-continental US orders: We are pleased to offer delivery to APO addresses and US Territories via Priority Mail. Your shipping method will be automatically changed from UPS Ground when we process your order.
  • Shipping Methods and Expected Delivery: All shipping rates are determined according the class and weight of your order. All weights are rounded up to the next pound. The estimated cost is totaled using the weight of the order, regular or oversized box, and how many zones it must travel from our store in Cape May, NJ. *The US has 8 continental zones, which may take 7-10 days to deliver to the West Coast via ground. Please note: Delivery companies do not offer regular services on Saturdays, Sundays or Federal holidays. We offer a variety of shipping methods which you can choose from in the final phases of placing your order online.

International Shipping

  • We are happy to ship worldwide using United States Priority Mail International. Costs will vary due to the weight of the order & the destination.
  • While we can guarantee a ship date, we cannot certify an arrival date. Sensia cannot be held liable for delays, additional customs fees or taxation of any kind at your country's border. We are happy to provide a tracking number for the package, but it is the customer's sole responsibility for inquire with the postal authorities regarding any loss, non-delivery or delay of an order. Sensia cannot gaurantee any mail delivery outside the United States.
  • Any nation, at any time, may hold a parcel for inspection for any reason they deem warranted. This usually involves a parcel search or parcel quarantine. In the event that customs officials quarantine, dispose or otherwise discard your order, Sensia will not issue a refund or replacement.
  • Unless the result of a shipping error, Sensia does not accept international returns. In this instance, if we have made a mistake, we will credit you the shipping & remedy the issue immediately.

Backordered Items

  • If an item on your order is temporarily out of stock, will will backorder it and ship the rest of your merchandise. Backorders will be shipped at no additional cost via United States Postal Service or UPS.
