US Shipping:
Our shipping rates are provided from the carrier method based on weight, distance originating from zip code 08204 and carrier. We do not assesss any additional fees.
Orders must be placed before 10am to for same day shipping. Otherwise, your order will be shipped the next day.
On large orders, we may issue a "signature required" on your package for your protection as well as ours.
If you live in a non-secure area, apartment building or have issues with stolen or mis-delivered packages, please consider shipping to your place of business or a friend/relative who would be available to receive your order. Sensia is not responsible for stolen, mis-delivered or or undelivered packages.
International Shipping:
Please be advised that your order may be subject to duties, fees or tariffs upon arrival to your country. Your are responsible for these fees issued by your government. We cannot alter customs forms.
International orders may not have updated tracking information once they leave the United States. While we may assist in finding a package, we are not liable for non-delivery or missing packages.
We do not ship to the following countries: Iran, Cuba, North Korea, South Korea, Vietnam, Laos, Russia, Ukraine or Belarus.
Any packages returned to us for any reason (non-delivery, failure to pay customs fees, failure to pick up package if necessary), will be refunded less the shipping fee. There are no refunds issued for shipping on international orders.
